Kangralkar Associates was established in 1987 by Mr. Shridhar Kangralkar BE (civil) in Satara and has completed more than 35 years successfully in the construction field. It is one of the largest organizations in South Maharashtra. With numerous accolades to its credit, it follows all essential values and is recognized for the same.
The Company's administration includes highly qualified professionals who are completely involved in achieving the best for the investor by following all required goals and standards. Kangralkar Associates has always strived hard to keep its commitments and thus enjoys an extremely resonant reputation in the Construction Industry. With an earnest effort to provide a dream house to the desirous, it has to its credit 3.5 million square feet of construction that include over 5000 dwelling units and an appreciable quantity of Industrial and Commercial Construction. The Company constructs homes, shops, offices, schools, public places, and other infrastructures in and around Pune, Satara, and South and West Maharashtra. An ISO -9001:2008 certified real estate Company, it is continuously and steadily growing with an annual turnover of above 105 Crores.
Kangralkar Associates is steadily growing and has also entered into fields of infrastructural projects and especially into the construction and revamping/repair of precast arch bridges. The company has an active research and development department, a material testing laboratory, and an active RMC plant and adapts to the latest technologically advanced systems. One of its outdoor facilities, Devika Mangal Karyalay, is the most popular place identified for many multifare functions.
In 2014, Kangralkar Associates was awarded the first position in the Universal Award for Outstanding Performance in Construction in Pune for constructing a ladies' hostel in BMCC, Pune. That is one of the many honors the Company has received.

Mr.Shridhar A Kangralkar : (Chairman and Managing Director)
A civil Engineer by profession. With 35 years of experience in Residential, Commercial, Government, and Infrastructure Projects, he has single-handedly developed the Company – its business development, planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects in various segments. His technical, strategic, and leadership skills, coupled with - sound business sense, passion for the profession, and work ethic has steered his team to achieve the laid-down Vision and Mission of the Company. He has been credited with numerous laurels over time, and has established himself to be a sound Engineer for any project in and around Satara and Pune Districts. As a leader, he initiates several Social activities around the year and is a propagator of conserving and looking after our environment.
Abhishek, Prajakta, and Priyanka Kangralkar : (Home Engineer and Architects)
Young Abhishek Kangralkar, a Diploma and Civil Engineer Degree holder, who graduated in Pune, has specialized in infrastructure and notably fixed a couple of bridges in a short span. With his career just beginning, he has completed a fragment of Bridging related projects with excellence and has even acquired a few awards. Abhishek is presently in the UK with Greenwich University to complete his Master's in International Business. Prajakta Patil / Kangralkar and Priyanka Kangralkar are young Architects in the family. Prajakta, with a short span of yet meritorious work experience, has worked with prominent Architects like Mr. Shahrukh Mistry in Bangalore and has single-handedly begun her projects in Satara. Priyanka, with Diploma in interior design, works at home to take Kangralkar Associates forwarding leaps and bounds. Both are momentarily looking at traits of BIM (Building Information Modelling) to add additional value to the forthcoming projects of the Organization.
Major General (Dr.) Vijay P Pawar AVSM, VSM : (Adviser)
Major General (Dr.) Vijay P Pawar has served the Army as an Engineer for 41 years, in the ranks of 2/Lt to Major General, and has executed various responsibilities all over the country and abroad. He has immense experience in all types of engineering works, civil and combat, which he has utilized in many challenging situations, both during the war and ‘No War No Peace’ periods. He holds an engineering degree from CME, Pune, a Master’s degree & M Phil in Defense Studies, and Diploma & Ph.D. in Human Resources. General Vijay P Pawar is a valuable ‘adviser’ to the Kangralkar Group of Companies.

Mr. Suresh Bandagi : (Chief Executive Officer)
A Civil Engineer Graduate from Walchand Engineering College, Sangali, Batch 1982, has served the Maharashtra State Engineering services for 35 years while retiring in 2015. During his service, he also worked towards creating two tehsils of Maharashtra, for which the villages were awarded suitably by the Government of Maharashtra by the Nirmal Gram Puraskar. Apart from this, he has vast experience in building construction and infrastructure projects (roads and bridges). Presently he shoulders enormous responsibilities at Kangralkar Associates. One of them is of complete management of the CP 30 RMC Plant of the organization.
Dr. Balaji Madrewar : (Head of Marketing and Sales)
A skill-driven Marketing and Sales Team Leader, Dr. Balaji Madrewar has continuously contributed towards expanding the Company’s market share through strategic sales initiatives and planning, including appropriate time planning, developing the right relationship with customers, and using Market Research and Social Media Aids. He ensures the Company's growth through business planning and regular marketing campaigns.
Mr. Raju Shahade, Nagpur & Mr. R S Soman, Pune : (Our Esteem Consultants)
Mr. Raju Shahade from Nagpur and Mr. R S Soman from Pune is responsible for taking Kangralkar Associates forward most steadily and correctly. Both Civil Engineers from reputed Engineering Colleges are deeply engaged in third-party inspections, continuous quality checks of all Kangralkar products, and monitoring of Quality Assurance and Control in all types and stages of construction. They also ensure all projects of Kangralkar Associates follow the correct timelines as laid down.
Raju Shahade is assisted by his wife, an IT engineer Mrs. Urvi Shahade, both collectively with more than 35 years of experience, who jointly work in many states and projects under the banner of Sakar Consultancy Services, Nagpur. Mr. R S Soman has acquired many latest technological advancements in the form of new materials and technologies, including precast funicular shell slabs, ferrocrete structures, interlocking masonry units, CNG foundations, and so on, recognized as Qualcon Engineering Solutions Limited, Pune.
